Tungsten Heavy Alloy Balance Weights and Ballast ASTM B777 W95NiFe High Quality Customized
Product Description
This product is a tungsten alloy with a tungsten more than 90% refractory metal which have two-phase composites consisting of W-Ni-Fe or W-Ni- Cu and is made in a particularly high density material, and are widely applied in the fields of aerospace and vehicle industries which are capable to create smallest weights for limited space and balance controlling surfaces and an ideal method for vibration absorption.
We are fully equipped with the production lines from raw powder material, sintering, forging to machining finished products of bar, plate, rod, wire and other drawing parts customized.
Characteristics and features
The heavy tungsten alloy material possess the highest melting point of all metals and suitable for very high-temperature applications. It is also characterized by a uniquely low coefficient of thermal expansion and a very high level of dimensional stability.
Application
The high density of tungsten-based alloy weight balance greatly reduces the physical size of the assembly, which makes it easier to control weight distribution and increases the sensitivity of the control mechanism. They are widely used in aerospace, gyroscopes, propellers and helicopter blades or radar equipment and avionics systems, and automotive industry for crankshaft counterweights and chassis counterweights in Formula 1 racing cars or large-scale only engines and the sporting industries as tungsten alloy darts, golf clubs and other applications of weights for balance of aircraft, helicopter rotors and missiles.
Other applications for tungsten heavy alloy machining parts:
1. Radiation shielding
2. Containers of radioactive isotopes
3. High performance projectiles for underwater hunting
4. Gyro components
5. Balance weights for racing boats and racing cars
6. The optical industry like microscopes and measuring instruments.
